The "Ilocos Sur Festival or Kannawidan Festival" is one of the most popular festivals in Ilocos Sur.  Governor Jerry Singson presided over the Ilocos Sur Festival 2024, which began on January 28, 2024.

This year's Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2024 Grand Float Parade features the first and largest float parade in history, reflecting Ilocos Sur's rich and timeless culture, traditions, delicacies, and local pride.
